Fantasyland News: Rapunzel's Village & More (Part 2)

It is now time to check out the work being done in the new portion of Fantasyland!:

The future home of the Princess Fairytale Hall is definitely changing:

Also, the Seven Dwarfs Mine shop and the Friar's Nook quick-service restaurant are now behind walls:

Work on the beautiful Castle Walls continue:

Hmmm... where have I seen this?:

Oh, yes! On the back of Cinderella Castle!:

As you can see, it looks almost identical:

Going back to the new Fantasyland, a new path was recently opened due to work being done to the old path:

Exactly what we love: theming, theming, and more theming (even on the ground!):

This is an unusual view for us. It's nice to be able to walk on the other side of the Castle Walls!:

On the other side, we noticed that Storybook Treats is still open despite the works:

  1. The "Coat of Arms" on the new castle walls and that has been on Cinderella's Castle is actually the Disney Family Coat of Arms.

  2. WDWYankee15 is right. It's the same Coat of Arms found on the flag atop the castle in the Walt Disney Pictures logo.

I love how they are adding more of it in the park.

  3. @WDWYankee15: Thank you very much for sharing that with us! It is very interesting to know how important such a seemingly small particular can be!

And thanks for the confirmation, JiffyPop!
