Islands of Adventure Update: Train Coming to Town

Hello Orlando Theme Park News readers, and welcome to our latest Universal's Islands of Adventure photo-report! Today we have quite a few new interesting information to share with you, so let's start right away:

Let the Adventure begin!:

First of all, the new Q-Bot pick-up/drop-off area can be found inside the seasonal Preview Center:

Woody Woodpecker was meeting guests in the area. That is very unusual:

Signing Disney autograph books:

Wearing a nice Islands of Adventure-themed outfit:

In Seuss Landing, the sign of "The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride" is still missing:

Work on one of the ride's support seem to be done:

"Q" is for Quan. Quan is for Quandary. Remember that when you are in Seuss Landing:

The Lost Continent:

Walls are up in the Lost Continent, as work on the new themed train (connecting Islands of Adventures with Universal Studios Florida) has begun:

A seriously long wall:

Walls are also up inside Sindbad's Theater. Nothing will be touched here. These walls are just there to prevent curious theme park fans (like us) from taking photos...

This structure should be demolished soon:

Soon this train will actually move:

Going into Jurassic Park:

Nothing going on in the Triceratops Discovery Trail area:

New automatic photo-spot next to the T-Rex:

Just scan your photo-card:

...and smile!:

Strolling around the beautiful Toon Lagoon themed area:

Nothing happening in here:

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-man looks better than ever. Soon, it will have a new competitor next door... And it is going to "transform" the way we see Spider-man's attraction:

A look around Marvel's Superhero Island. Nice area, horrible background music:

Bad news for the Hulk... It is starting to get dirty again!:

Take a look:

Not as bad as before, that's sure, but it is starting to get there:

And this is all! Thank you very much for reading, and remember to stay tuned, as we will continue to post multiple new updates and news throughout the evening! See you soon.

  3. Hi, could you confirm us that nothing has been revealed about JAWS's replacement yet?
Is there any work-in-progress in the JAWS's area?

  4. Yes Bigfoots, Universal has still not announced anything regarding that area, but work is continuing in full speed. We will post a new photo-report very soon!

  5. If you think the Hulk is dirty, you should take a look at Small World in Disneyland. I was just there 3 days ago, and was thoroughly disappointed with how bad it's gotten without new paint on such a wonderful facade.
