SeaWorld Update: Antarctica, TurtleTrek (PART 1)


Good morning, and welcome to a brand-new SeaWorld Orlando update. It has been a few weeks since our last visit to the park, so it is obvious that we have quite a few news to report. One of the most important things that stood out was the fact that work on the new Antarctica themed area is speeding up, as demolition of the former "Penguin Plaza" is well underway. But, let's take a look together:


SeaWorld Orlando has the best entrance of any other SeaWorld park int he world, according to many. It is worth taking a brief look at it:

The "Sea Spray" game that was moved from the former Penguin Plaza is now operating near the main entrance of the Whale & Dolphin Stadium:




Now, let's take a look at the current status of the work being done on the future TurtleTrek attraction:


It is surely going to be a great themed area. The attention to details is great:

Nearby, a new, temporary gift shop has been installed:


It sells miscellaneous items with a SeaWorld theme:


The Dippin' Dots cart is still open:
