JAWS - The Ride Tribute: Ride Photos (PART 1)

Hello, and welcome to a photo-tribute of one of the last original attractions of Universal Studios Florida: JAWS - The Ride. This attraction closed forever on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Here you are some photos that will help you remember this great family ride:

First of all, let's compare some old photos of the Amity Harbor with some newer ones:

Now, let's take a look at the entrance of the ride:

The particulars of this attraction were really great:

Can you find the difference?:

The line for the ride was very long, especially on the last day:

Very well-themed:

Along the queue, guests could observe many pictures of... well, sharks!:

More theming:

The video shown in the queue was absolutely great:

It had some really great gags (notice the real Chief Brody!):

The outdoor queue:

The Universal EXPRESS sign:

The ride itself:

The loading area:

The exit area of the ride:

The crew of the ride was also able to go up there:

A panoramic photo:

And...

...it is morning once again.

Let's hop on the boat. Somebody told me that Captain Jake's Amity Boat Tour is a very out-of-the-ordinary tour. Should I believe that? We'll see...

  1. You said in one of the pictures, that it was the control room, that is actually the break room. It is called the Crows Nest.
