New Bowling Alley Coming to ESPN's Sport Complex

Many months ago, we heard an interesting rumor about a brand-new, huge bowling alley that was going to be built inside the then-called "Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex" (It is now the "ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex"). It was supposed to have an incredible number of lanes, 100 (can you believe that?), and it was to be open for both the general public and for competitions.

Some days ago, another site (the Epcyclopedia) found a very interesting PDF file (that you can download right here), that shows that the ESPN Wide World of Sports is actually going to be expanded, with new soccer fields, new parking spaces... and an incredible bowling alley, just like it was rumored. This comes as a great surprise, though, as many of us thought the project was cancelled due to the new "Splitsville" bowling currently being built in the former location of the Virgin Megastore.

Here's a section of the PDF, that shows the new fields and the new bowling alley:

It sounds like a great place to spend some hours with your friends and family, but since the project doesn't clarify if this new bowling center will be open to the general public, it is better if we on't take our hopes up... It may just have become a bowling alley just for national and international competitions. Of course, we hope it will be open for everybody. There won't be any spatial issue, that's for sure!
