Magic Kingdom General Update - Cosmic Ray's New Menu, More Interactive Elements, and More (PART 1)

We are in the middle of an extremely busy week, therefore we apologize for the lateness of our photo-update.
Today, we are going to take a look around the Magic Kingdom, to check out all the work being done inside the park, and to see what has changed since last week's update (believe us, a lot of things change every single week over there...). Let's start right now:

A look at the bag check area of the Magic Kingdom:

Welcome to the kingdom of fantasy:

Work continue on the right tunnel, at the entrance of the park:

Great news: the low season is finally here! Don't believe me? Ask the dish... ehm, take a look here:

The wait times for the Town Square Theater:

The Firehouse, still closed:

I love space. This is how the park should look like every day of the year:

The castle:

There is a very hideous scaffolding on the castle, which really ruins the beauty of the facade:

A crane was working on Fantasyland (a separate Fantasyland update will be posted soon):

In Adventureland, the renovated Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room is now a must-see:

Some of the new LED lights, on the roof:

Clyde and Claude:

In the Caribbean Plaza, some additional work is being done on one of the future "stops" of Magic Kingdom's new interactive game:

A nice mosaic has been added. Does it fit the look of the surrounding? I'm not very sure about that:

Work also continue on the passage between Adventureland and Frontierland:

The brand new wooden fence by Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn Cafe' has been completed and painted:

Lookin' good:

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad:

Some minor work on the faux rocks in the queue line:

What a view, huh?:

It looks like they're replacing the wood on the track, as it was entirely missing in some sections of the ride:

No wood here. just bare track:

It also looks like they've repainted the attraction's signs:

Splash Mountain rests in the distance...

Thanks for viewing part 1 of this new photo-report. PART 2 of this new update can be found right here!
