Magic Kingdom update - A wall in every land (PART 1)

Yes, that's right! At the Magic Kingdom there's a wall in almost every land!
Let's see what's new in the park (and, believe me, there are some nice news, too!!):

WELCOME TO THE MAGIC KINGDOM!:

New walls have popped-up near the left-hand entrance of the Magic Kingdom:

Meanwhile, work continues in the rest of Main Street U.S.A.:

It was a magnificent day in terms of crowds (extremely light!), but after 6 o'clock, it started raining so that they cancelled Wishes! and didn't do the fireworks at the end of the new "The magic, The Memories and YOU!" show:

Heading to the land of Adventures:

NEWS! - The Adventureland bridge has finally been closed after all these years!!
It is currently being refurbished, and I really hope they will make it flat, wider and especially more themed:

You can't miss this new, temporary Adventureland sign:

There's also a brand-new, themed sign, that I guess will remain even after the new bridge will open, as it looks great:

Walls on the old bridge:

The new, temporary bridge is much smaller, but newer:

The view from Adventureland:

Work on the stroller parking near the Robinsons' Treehouse:

New, themed poles:

The Tiki Room is still closed for refurbishment after the fire:

Over in Frontierland, Splash Mountain was filled with water, but boats were not cycling at that time:

See you in PART 2, with photos of Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and Double Dumbos' construction!!

  1. I have to say, I will actually be sad if they drastically change the bridge to Adventureland. The incline, the uneven rickety boards....it's exactly how entering Adventureland should feel! I understand flattening it out for wheelchairs, etc., but I would still be bummed. I'm curious to see what changes.
